Pam Nasworthy has bought three houses in Henrico County to renovate and resell. Her last experience was nerve-wracking, reflecting a market for flipping houses that has changed in the past year in the Richmond area. The quad-level house off Hungary Road sat on the market for more than a year before the right buyer came along in August and offered cash.
